As of now, from what I could tell, LastPass sent me an SMS text once when I turned 2 factor authentication on and then required me to install the LastPass Authentication App on my smart phone. I could not get that to work and so as a customer, I want the option to turn on two factor authentication when logging on using my laptop computer so that it will use both an SMS text and an email. I will not be selecting the option to use the LastPass Authenticator app. For now, I have turned off 2 step factor authentication though I would much prefer to turn that back on when I know it will work like all of the other companies I have accounts with, namely sending the code via SMS text and email. In this way, if I have access to my email or my smart phone, I can get my two step code to log on and protect my account from being misused. I really hope you will consider implementing this enhancement idea as soon as possible, ASAP. Thank you.
