My client recently shared their ManageWP login with me via LastPass, but for some reason, I cannot log in to the site. They have shared some other logins with me previously and I can log in to them without any issues so it is quite strange.
The other shared items when I hover over them, the launch button appears, which when clicked takes me to the site. But with ManageWP, when I hover over it, a lock icon appears with no launch button. When I click it, nothing happens.
I am on a Windows 10 64-bit operating system. So far I have used all the three major browsers i.e FireFox, Chrome and Edge. I have cleared cache, logged in and out of the LastPass extension, check in private mode, have deleted the login inside LastPass and had my client reshared it, but nothing seems to be working so far.
One final bit of info if that could give some clues as to the issue, I use two other ManageWP accounts on the same system, but I log in to directly.
Any ideas on what the issue could be and how we could fix this?
