I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Please review the steps found on this article. Your account is not on a Teams or Business account but it is linked to one. Please unlink your accounts, make sure you don't store items that use the same password as your Master Password and you should no longer have this issue. If it persists, please contact our support team to investigate this further.

I use BitWarden for work and I'm one more master password update from migrating all of my personal passwords to their service. More secure and better UX.
