I am having a similar problem--since late November. LP seems to "forget" or fail to enter the UN and PW into sites I am visiting. Then when I try to login manually LP fails to copy and/or past the UN or PW. Restarting Chrome seems to work momentarily.
PLEASE FIX!!!
