LastPass Vault appears blank on the website

Upon logging into Lastpass website using ChromeVersion 103.0.5060.132 (Official Build) (64-bit), my vault page only displays "Lastpass..." Everything else on the page is blank. I typically see this page waiting for it to build the page but nothing happens. I have cleared all of my cache (history, password, everything). Nothing seems to work to log me in. I noticed this issue starting in October 2023.

We've made a temporary change to the way the LastPass Vault loads at lastpass.com. This should resolve the issue until additional work is completed.

Please let us know if you should see the blank Vault window with the LastPass icon appear again.

Trying to change my account type from mobile to web. I have 3 changes remaining.

Ive logged out of the mobile device.

Logging in with the web browser, i get to the vault URL and i just get w hite page with the Lastpass logo.

No message anywhere about changing account type.

How do i do this?

Can you try clearing the cache in Safari, then log back in again to confirm this is still an issue?

After logging in, my homepage is blank, with a LastPass logo and nothing else. I cannot see or access any of my passwords. This has happened on all devices and browsers I've tried, including desktop Chrome and Edge, and Chrome browser from my phone. I cannot find any information or help on resolving this from my searches.

I am having the same issue. I tried 3 browsers and 2 computers. Also, that "help" above isn't helpful. I need a password for an app on my phone, not a browser extension. HALP!

I was able to get it to work on Firefox. Chrome was still an issue.

I am also having the same issues as is my colleague.

I can't do my work as all my passwords are saved in lastpass this is a flippin nightmare.

Come on Lastpass you need to up your game!!

I don't use the actual vault very much, as I have things set to auto login. However, I saw this happen a couple of times last week, and it's happening today.

Just rebooted my browser. This time, it didn't ask for my credentials, just brought up my vault page.

I have been having this problem off and on for months. I use both chrome and firefox and I use the vault all the time. right now chrome is working fine. Firefox has not been working for the last few weeks - i just did a full restart with an update for firefox and it is still not working. What to do please?

I've been experiencing the same issue for the past couple of days. I've logged in and out, force closed out of Chrome and restarted my PC

Same problem with the latest Chrome (Version 124.0.6367.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)). Edge works fine and even the Chrome extension (after I logged out and in again) works. Only lastpass.com/vault shows the "LastPass..." embossed text over a blank page. I logged off and in to LastPass and restarted Chrome; I also turned off the web protection anti-virus. I didn't restart my computer yet, but I eventually will.

Spent half a day chasing dead or misleading links. What a waste of time. If this is 'Support' then I will look elsewhere. Some of the instructions are comical. I have a BLANK screen where my vault should be and I'm told to open the vault to fix it.! Then told to uninstall the Lastpass extension and reinstall.....sounds fair ....except it will not reinstall. This is a circus.

By the way the support page is awful in terms of being non-intuitive and awkward.

Same here, blank page instead of Vault. Also, website passwords aren't being auto-filled. Why are you not sorting this, LastPass?

This issue appeared for my wife's LastPass some time ago, and now it appears for me. This piece of shit called LastPass doesn't deserve the right to name itself as a password manager! I can't add any new passwords right now, and what am I supposed to do with that? I wish I hadn't chosen LastPass as my password manager at the time, and I will definitely move to something more reliable
