Haven't received e-mail verification

Hello,

I was asked recently to update my LastPass multifactor authentication. After doing that, I was signed out of LastPass on my devices. When I try to log back in, I get the message saying that a verification e-mail has been sent to my account. The message tells me which e-mail address to check. I have not received any e-mails. I have checked my junk mail folder. I am using the correct password.

Please send me the e-mail so that I can access my account.

I have the same problem. I have downloaded the last pass extension on a new laptop, it then says: check your mail for verification, but I never receive such mails. Hence, can't use last pass on my new laptop. Any suggestions?
