Why is last pass offering instant login?

Some users have had a pop up from Last Pass saying "How about instant login?" and to save the login for on-click access next time.  Where is documentation on this?

Thanks for your response.  We have the LP browser extension already installed.  I was wondering if it was a new feature in LP.
