How come that I only can see my cases if I have an open one case (and sometime after the cases has been created)
I would prefer a screen shoving all my cases, in none the fine say NONE

Currently the My Cases portal on shows open/active Support Tickets, and i have passed your feedback about the idea of addingtext that says "No open/active cases" to this page if no active cases are open along to our website team for consideration in future updates to this portal.
