I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I see that the account was not verified and therefore you will not be able to complete this change. Please contact the email service provider to try to regain access to the email address as our verification process can only be followed to the account email address.

I have the same issue, LastPass help sucks! What a frigging cop out! They can change this dated issue easily! They just want our money to upgrade in order to help us. Imagine sending a response to an outdated, no longer viable email address so we can change to the new one. They really are a miserable bunch of lazy idiots running LastPass. Now folks like you and I have to make a new account with the new email address.
