I can't edit saved password or Notes

Question

I changed one of my passwords and I tried to manually edit the saved password (the "Site password" field). I then tried to edit the notes.

After hitting the "Save" button I get a message that says "ERROR: We're not sure what went wrong. If the problem persists, reach out to the LastPass team."

Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I fix it?

I almost renew my subscription, then this error started cropping up all the time.
