I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. We have received reports about Hotkeys not working properly, the report was received on a previous Chrome extension version. Please update it and try again, if the issue persists please wait for the fix to be resolved as ticket has been created for it.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA I can provide for when this will be resolved at this time.

I did uninstall the extension, and then downloaded the latest extension on June 18th, but the problem still persists. I'll wait for the fix to be resolved.
