After researching your account history we found the Premium subscription ended on its own, after which time you activated a new trial.
I suggest changing your email address from @ protonmail , which can be a blocker due to the level of fraudulent activity detected from this email provider. Once complete, you should be able to purchase online.
Alternatively, if you cannot update the login email, you may be able to purchase through a mobile app store instead.
