All my passwords has been deleted.

I was logged out of my account & when I logged in, I see my vault is blank. All my passwords has been deleted.

How can I get it back?

I am experiencing the same problem. I login to LastPass via my Chrome Browser and am a free account user. This morning when I logged in, I was told my vault is empty.

I see Verlaine from Customer Care offered a potential solution but that did nothing to improve this problem.

Did you figure out what the problem was and how to fix it?

I tried those things before sending my note to you, and still have the same problem - I cannot see my LastPass vault when I log into lastpass.com from my Chrome browser.
The only thing I did not try is the revert option because I have not recently updated my master password orchanged my email address. I don't know what "changed my iterations" means but doubt I've done that either. The only thing I did was reboot my machine this morning.
The good news is I can access my vault by accessing lastpass.com via Edge on my laptop. It's just using the Chrome browser that seems to be causing a problem. I have also not recently changed any of my network settings.

In advance we want to apologize for the issue with your browse extension, I will suggest following the steps below to resolve this behavior:

1. Make a single click over your LastPass extension Icon in your browser

2. Go to the bottom right corner click on "Account"

3. Click on "Fix a Problem Yourself"

4. Click on "Clear Local Data"

5. This process should close your session automatically, please log back in and try to launch any of the sites from your vault.

In case the behavior still shows up, please clean your internet browser (Cookies and cache) log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue once again.

Something definitely happened. I've been a premium user of LP since 2014. I can log in but then i get "enter your first password". Something has happened and not good. I can access the "security dashboard" which seems populated, but I have no/no access to all my passwords. Not good. James

@wisecupjp Do you experience the same thing in an alternate web browser?

If not, then I suggest clearing out the cache and cookies in the problem browser, then log back into LastPass again to confirm things.

Using the BRAVE browser. Clearing Cache and cookies, All access to LP and PW/data restored now. By the way, I was able to access LASTPASS on my Apple Mobile Phone.

Problem still not resolved. As mentioned previously, after clearing cache and cookies using troubleshooting steps in the linked-to support article (above), I can access my vault via Edge but not Chrome.
