Trying to access LastPass on a new laptop. No matter what I try I cannot gain access to LastPass, all I get is the Master password is incorrect, I tried changing the password and it still tells me the password is incorrect - it isn't Help!!!

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

From your recent login history I can see you entered the password correctly once on the new device/IP address, and were able to confirm this via emailed link from LastPass.

However, since then you've been spelling the password incorrectly.

I suggest manually typing out the LastPass password in a separate document, being careful with the placement of any capital letters, numbers and symbols, then copying that into the LastPass credential field.
