None of the Help FAQs actually help, or even make sense to me.
Is the extension installed and enabled? If so, are you in the extension interface? If it says https://www in the URL bar, then you are in the web interface, which doesn't have launch capabilities. You'll need to use the LastPass icon in your toolbar, or if that's not available, troubleshoot why that is (e.g, extension not installed).

I fixed it. I had to uninstall and reinstall, but it is working now!! Good luck everyone and thank you for the responses.
Go into extension manager in Chrome and turn off the extension and turn it back on again. This should solve the issue.
I tried all of the above suggestions and the launch buttons still do not work, is this an issue with the latest release?

I fixed it once by going through a reinstall. Now I have the same problem AGAIN.
Turning the extension off and on did not work for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling did work. Let's see how long the correction lasts.
The Launch button does not work for me in the Mac app and I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The Launch button DOES work in Chrome, though.
All of sudden nothing will launch in last pass - how can I fix this?
On Microsoft Edge and Chrome, uninstalling and reinstalling does fix the "Launch" problem temporarily. I have to go through this about 2 to 3 times a month. I cannot find a permanent fix anywhere. LastPass is going to have to fix it in a future update or release. There are other more stable password lock box tools. Check around if you are tired of the quirky problems in LastPass.
Is there even a moderator on this board that can say whether LastPass is even aware and working on this problem? Seems pretty basic that if we're paying for a service, there should be some accountability.
I tried for months to resolve this problem. I tried every recommendation I could find. I finally gave up and shelved my LastPass for good! I moved to BitWarden last month. It works perfectly and is less than a third of the cost of LastPass ($10 compared to $36). I used LastPass for many years and always had quirky problems and concerns about their security because of the issues they had. Bye for good!
