Dear Hilda, thank you for your answer, but it’s not helping me. I use the LastPass app on my iPhone and iPad for years now. Since weeks I only can log in with my password. I no longer have the option for touch id. This a a screenshot.I did several things to solve the problem.
De-install the app en re-install it.
In the settings disable Log in with Touch id, and enable it again. This is not a user friendly experience, so please help me on this.

About your issue, if you no longer have access to your LastPass account using biometrics, is necessary you use your master password to access the account, then, you can set up again biometrics to lock the app.

Hi there, thanks for bringing this up. If Touch ID is no longer working to log in to LastPass on your iPhone, try updating the app to the latest version first. Then open LastPass, go to Settings → Security, and toggle Use Touch ID off and back on. You should also check your iPhone settings under Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode) to make sure biometric access is still enabled for LastPass. If you recently changed your master password, reinstalled the app, or restored from backup, Touch ID may need to be re-authorized. If it’s still not working after these steps, share your iOS version, LastPass app version, and device model so the team can take a closer look.

This must by systemic, as I have the same issue on my iPhone SE, and it started about 1 month ago. I have been using Touch ID to access LastPass for years.
