When you are part of a company account your company does not have access to see your master password or your vault items or password for those items. If they enable the policy to reset a user master password they can reset your master password and access the account. However it depends on the company policies or rules. If you leave the company it will depend on your company policy if you can keep the account there is the option for you to change the email to a personal email and request your admin to remove you from the companyso you can keep the account using a personal email instead of the work email.
