Getting an unknown error when trying to login via chrome in windows

I am getting an unknown error this morning. No extensions, just straight up from Chrome browser. Same problem with msft edge.

Any guidance would be appreciated. This just started.

Getting the same issue. Can't login via the browser on Mac, iOS, or Android, and can't login via the Chrome extension on Mac.

Same here. I noticed this after trying to update password in my vault. It said success, then "ERROR:". I tried refreshing the vault and finally signed out, and now I can't sign back in. In case it's relevant, I updated my iterations setting on the weekend as LP suggested.

Even the call me form at https://support.lastpass.com/contact?articleTitle=How%20do%20I%20contact%20customer%20support%20for%20LastPass%3F won't submit: it reports a "An error occurred processing your request. Please submit a new form." error.

We are having the same issue. It started 3-6-23

I have 50 users that can't get to their passwords.

I couldn't even submit a case due to an error on the support form.

I am having the same issue on Chrome. Tried reverting password with no success. Logged in on phone with fingerprint and tried to change my master password and got a page unavailable error.

My best guess is that it's Monday morning, and a huge number of LastPass users are reading the LastPass security bulletins, and are resetting the password iteration account, master password, MFA seed values, etc, and the site is overwhelmed. Hopefully it's fixed today!
