I have installed a new Android app, which requires authentication with a username and password, but I don't know how to add that password to LastPass

Question

The only option in the LastPass app for adding a New password requires a URL, but I'm not accessing a web site - tis an Android app. How can I get LastPass to store this app's info in my vault and autofill the information when I launch the app?

Thanks @Ash Cannon​. My phone is running Android 14, so that's not  the issue. The LastPass "fill menu" isn't displayed or activated when using this app. And Autofill isn't happening either. How can I get that working?

There may be a couple of reasons why another app won't jive with LastPass:

* The app or site has modified its fields to be non-editable andLastPasscan therefore not detect them automatically. Instead, theLastPassfill menu will prompt toCopy UsernameandCopy Password, which will allow you to easily copy your credentials to the clipboard and paste them into the app (the clipboard is cleared after 30 seconds).* Attention:Clearing the clipboard automatically after 30 seconds requires theLastPass appfor Android to be actively selected (running in the foreground) on devices running Android OS 13 or later.

* The version of Android running on your mobile device is Android OS4.2 or earlier. The autofill feature was not supported until Android OS 4.3, and therefore will display theCopy UsernameandCopy Passwordoptions on those earlier versions of Android.
