Master Password reverting back to previous password

Question

I changed my password approximately 4 months ago with no issues logging in. However today my new password didn’t work and I had to use my previous password.

I have a log of my modification etc and was surprised that it’s been changed without my knowledge and my devices weren’t recognized.

Is there a bug or issue that we should be aware of?

Nov 17,2023 was the date my password was changed/modified.
Today I was locked out and needed my master password which also happened when my phone updated 3 weeks ago. However my new password worked fine, today I needed to use my previous (old) password.

My main concern is losing/forgetting an old password as my new passwords have nothing to do with my old one or anything personal. They are truly unique.
