LastPass not working properly on OperaOne

Hi,

I wanted to try out Opera One but I found a problem when using the LastPass extension on it. I first noticed that it's not autofilling any website. When I open the vault through the extension, it's empty. When I open the Vault on a new tab, I can see all the passwords but I can't launch or use them. Most of the passwords I have in my vault are shared passwords that I accepted, but even the passwords that I made are not showing up and can't be launched.

Anyone experiencing or experienced the same problem? Would love to hear your input on this. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, it still doesn't work.

From the steps that you asked me to try, the "Clear Local Data" button didn't do anything, like, nothing happened even after clicking it multiple times. I reinstalled the extension but the issue is the same.

When I used the web version of LastPass, it sort of works. It launches the website and enters the username, but if the password is on a different webpage, then it doesn't load the password.

Also, I have this error message when I log in to the web app. "This site can't be reached". I can't see the full error message but it starts with "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_" then it's cut off.

More information about my device:

M1 Macbook 2021, macOS 13 Ventura

I'm not on a VPN, I even disabled Opera One's VPN

Really looking forward for your help on this as I really want it to work on this browser.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the extension. I have done some testing on Opera One and it seems to be working as intended. Please follow these steps and verify if it starts working after each of them:1. Clear cookies and cache of your browser

2. Clear local data and refresh the sites of your browser extension, to do this:

a.While logged in to LastPass, click the active LastPass icon in your web browser toolbar.

b. Select Account at the bottom of the menu, then select Fix a Problem Yourself> Clear Local Data

c. Follow the steps a and b, but now click on refresh sites instead

3. If you still have the same issue, please remove the browser extension. Right click on the extension icon and click on remove from <Browser name>

4. Download and install the browser extension from: https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php

5. Once reinstalled, please log in and try again

6. Test it from the web version of LastPass: https://lastpass.com/?ac=1&lpnorefresh=1

7. Try it from an incognito/In private browser windowPlease let me know if this worked or if further assistance is required.
