Cannot reset password

Hello

I forgot my master password on desktop (although i'm logged in via mobile but uses face authentication so I can't see the PW anymore).

When I try to reset on Desktop, it sends me to a two factor authentication, I get the text with the code, and when I enter the code I received, the desktop page says:

ErrorThe link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again."

But I did this within the first minute or receiving the text. Same experience after 20 attempts. Please help. I have no other way to reset this password and LastPass is giving me errors. Worst experience ever.

I have the same issue. it always shows "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again." when i click on the recover link immediately once it arrives.

anyone can help?
