Have like same problem, when i log in to Lastpass, i get a message that i can renew my subscription, when i click onto the renewing procedure it comes into a page, where it says "Upgrade to Premium", but it is a greyed out area, so i can't push it, can not go any further there.
Anyone has a solution ?

Same problem. Guessing your credit card expired and they won’t let you change it in the app which is pretty ridiculous, they created an app the invites subscription expiration. Great support on how they answered this question too. Might be time to shop around after this renewal if they can’t provide proper support for paying customers.
I have the same problem and it's not a problem with the credit card. I checked. I'm wondering if I'm setup for auto-renewal and maybe that's why it won't let me manually renew. I can't sIT whether or not I am setup for auto-renewal in the IOS app. I'm guessing you have to check it in the web portal.
Confirmed I am setup for auto-renewal and to check you have to login to the main web portal and click Account and then Account Settings or My Account.
I disable my auto-renewal and still not able to manually renew.
I've had a similar problem. My families account expired and the auto-renewal failed. I got a notification email, but manually renewing did not work either. Credit card is fine. I raised a support issue, and got an inadequate response with a quote to pay for premium (not families). So now more than a week later, my families account has been disabled and alternate devices cannot access LastPass. My replies to the support issue seem to be ignored.
Is this a level of service I should be paying for? In past years I've been able to speak to LastPass support on the phone, but no more. Cost-cutting may be destroying what is a great product. I'm very disappointed with this situation, and hope LastPass can make it right for me.
Did this get fixed? I have this same problem today! Strange that this company is not making collecting payment a priority!
