I see that you're still part of the expired Families trial. Could you try the steps here to delete the Families account that you had trialed, then have your brother re-invite you to join his Families account? In my case, I first tried families trial. Then (when the trial expired) I decide to join a families LastPass (I'm not the owner, the owner is my brother). I thought I would become a premium user, but I'm steel a free user and now I can't use my yubikey.
