Google apps upgrade not working

no one is taking my ticket for weks already

paid via play store, android to upgrade to premium. never worked.

opened a bill ticket, they asked for recipt, pasted all the details of the play store purchase.

no answer.

someone take my ticket and process the **bleep** upgrade.
