I am encountering the error "something went wrong" when trying to delete my account and I am unable to delete my account

Question

I have tried killing sessions, deleting with a password, deleting without a password, tried chrome & edge.

I am unable to delete my account, please help.

6 months! that is shocking. I am seeing a lot of people with same problem but the suggestions didn't work for me.

You're saying i should reset my PW and it will delete all data?

My card expired so they can't keep charging me...

I have tried to do the same. I couldn't get in for nearly 6months to cancel my plan - to find that when i reset my PW it deleted all my data (they say this when you do it) I now can't remove my card from the account. they have charged me for an account i couldn't get access to.
