I did not realize how terrible and lacking of support LastPass was until today. I'm a pretty tech savy guy and I've tried EVERYTHING. After switching to a new device, I am not able to Log in to LastPass and cannot reach anyone for support. Because you have to be logged in to get in touch with anyone. The recovery process on my computer has not worked at all, since it asks you to use a browser that has the LastPass extension, which I do have, and is enabled!! But nothing is working, can't get a hold of anyone or create a ticket for support. This is very frustrating. If anyone has any knowledge on just how to get in touch with a human being, I would be greatly appreciative!
