Padlocks on vault items and Chinese characters.

Question

I haven't logged in in a long time.

Upon logging in just now all my vault items have padlocks on them and cannot be viewed. Other sections e.g. Notes have(possibly) Chinese characters and symbols.

What do I need to do?

Padlocks are just a default icon when there isn't an associated favicon for an entry. Garbled characters usually point to corrupted local data. Forcing a refresh usually resolves it, unless there was a major change that reencrypted the vault. See FAQ linked below.
