Hi. As the title says, my account is paid Premium but now appears as "Free" (Also as Families), and this hits me in two ways:
- I can't switch between mobile and PC.
- I have no access to personalized support, to report precisely this.
I have the email notifying the yearly charge for the automatic premium subscription, applied this september 1.
Of course I need this service working , because of the info I keep in it.
Please advice me on what I can do to report and fix this.
