MFA code not working, SMS code not sent

Question

I am a lastpass paying user.

I was able to login via the mobile app (using biometric) until yesterday,

But today, I am not able to login (both on mobile as well as desktop app)

* I am being asked for MFA code. it says MFA failed when I provide the code
* SMS code is not sent when I click send SMS code

Any help is appreciated.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Our records do show that you are unable to log in due to the multifactor authentication. Please use the"request help logging in" link found on this article. You will then receive an email asking for additional information, once you have sent it a support ticket will be created for you.

Henry - My understanding is that this email is supposed to arrive instantaneously. it has been 20 minutes and no email yet.
