I cannot recover my account and lost the master password. I still have acccess to account email but when I try to recover the account, it sends the verification code to my old phone number. I tried contacting support but can't get help with this since I am not a premium member. Is there anyway I can get my old phone number removed off the account so that the code comes to my email instead? I was reading these forums and saw a moderator on here state that you can contact support and verify information on the account to get the phone number removed. If so, how can I get this done? Thanks in advance
