Yes, you can, the passkey is not going to replace the password for that service in case there is a problem with the Passkey you can still use the password for that website.

No, we don't recommend you delete the password from your vault.

The multi factor enabled for your accounts won't be replaced by the passkey, it is more than adding an additional layer of security.
