Welcome to the LastPass Community.
As an account administrator you should have a dedicated support line to Customer Support in case of emergency. This is located within the unified admin console available through lastpass.com.
If you are not the admin, and the only admin cannot log in, then I would suggest using the Customer Contact web portal to request a callback yourself. They will need to confirm your identity before making any changes to the account.
