So I have a LastPass account, and every time I login now, it requests PIN from my email address (no matter what IP I use) and then wants my authentication MFA.

I'm not an idiot, I'm intelligent on all phishing tests my job passes me on. Third method authentication is ridiculous.

Why is this happening? I will move on to another company - I get 2FA, but this is a waste of time.

I apologize for the recent difficulty there.

I can see that you've used 4 different IP address' to access your LastPass account in the last 48 hours.  In this case, the behavior is normal.

If it becomes problematic, since you already have MFA enabled, I suggest disabling the IP/device verification feature from within your Vault's account settings.
