Update - i stayed on the security score screen for over 30 minutes and then a score finally populated and showed in color. If you click away to your vault during this time it will not finish processing. it appears it doesn't process your security score in the background after you leave the security score screen. also it gives no visual indication it is processing which would be helpful. I tested this for the affected user after hours as it isn't feasible for a user to do this during production times. This user has approx 20 sites of their own and 2 shared folders containing approx 130 sites
