I am using lastpass on my iphone and ipad. Until a few weeks ago I could log in on any of my device using face recognition only Now, every time I switch from iphone to ipad or vice versa, I need to enter my master pwrd. Need help fixing this

I was checking your account and I see you have enable the policy for auto-log off other devices. You will to turn it off by going to Account Settings > Show advanced settings > Security > Auto-log off other devices> untick the option and then hit update.
