Have been facing a very frustrating issue for the last few days. We are using federated login in our organization. My login was working fine until suddenly it stopped and started throwing 'Invalid password' message whenever I try to login.
Now, with the federated login, I don't even have an option to enter the password, it just asks for the email address and throws the invalid password message.
When trying to contact the support, the articles mention that there is an option to email support but that option doesn't exist (or no longer exist). The only way is to 'LOG IN' and contact support. How can I contact support when I CANNOT login?
My password for the federated account did not change recently, I did not change any other settings on the last pass, it just stopped working. I have tried using in-private windows, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, using different browser, nothing works. Can someone help please. At least with a way to contact support?
