i don't have a visa or mastercard!!

I do have PayPal or IDEAL is there a way to pay with this?

It is possible to pay for LastPass Premium through the Google Play Store or App Store. There you can use iDEAL and PayPal.🙂

I also pay through the Google Play Store myself.

That's because you pay the full amount via the Google Play Store + a small amount extra as profit for Google. Discounts on LastPass can only be used through the LastPass website.
