Hello. Lately am getting this error "ERROR:We're not sure what went wrong. If the problem persists, reach out to the LastPass team." after (1) attempting to edit and save any password records in the Vault and (2) attempting to add new password record to the Vault. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to fix? Thanks.
