I apologize for that behavior, as it is definitely unexpected.

Please check the following and let us know some more details:

Which web browser are you using?
What device is the LastPass app installed upon?
Are there any competing password managers active in the background, like the default web browser's?
Have you already tried clearing the LastPass cache?

Which web browser are you using? I am using Chrome but the issue is the same when using Edge.

Have you alreadytried clearing the LastPass cache? Yes.

I am using Lastpass version 4.139.5

This issue keeps me from knowing what my password for various sites is. If I want to change those passwords it asks for the old password, which I now have no access to. However, if I click on launch for a site it will go to the site and log in without issue. So, Lastpass must be accessing my saved password but it shows my master password for the site in my vault instead of the correct password for that particular site.

Thanks again for your response. When I turn off Google chrome password manager I still have the problem and I did change my master password and now Lastpass is showing the updated one. The problem continues.

First, I would double check that Chrome password manager is not active.

Secondly, you might try updating your LastPass account password, which will re-encrypt your Vault.
