Is LastPass being hacked or is it their support hacking me???

Question

So I just went to my Facebook account & there was Hindu ALL over my account. I couldn't read anything.

I have NEVER EVER in all of my years had ANY account be hacked & I've been online full time since '96. Only one site of mine has ever been hacked.

Then I remembered I had a case open with LP & the guy doesn't understand English so I let him have it. Once AGAIN they are forcing us to use the improved auto fill feature that I hate. They stopped it from turning on on restart & now it's back again to defaulting when my browsers restart. I'm furious.

I find it suspicious this happened just after that transpired yesterday.

Within a few minutes it was back to English & all was fine & yes I changed my p/w.

I went to go look at my cases & it wanted me to log in & then I got an error page of code. It then redirected to the proper area & actually logged me in.

Not that LP cares about what I have to say since they have ignored me several times on this community platform, but I think they are being hacked or their tech support is hacking them or something.

P.S. I never said I didn't want LP's features, I said I DON'T want the improved auto fill which is NOT improved & I don't like & it's covering up at least one site I'm on Zoho.  TERRIBLE THAT YOU FORCE CUSTOMERS TO USE SOMETHING THEY DON'T LIKE.

Please tell me WHY it just took me 15 minutes to find this post???

I had to literally manually click on the load button over & over & over again & do a Ctrl F trying to find the title of this thread several pages down.

* You have NO search option so I can search for the title.
* There's no way to click on my profile in the community area to see all of the posts I posted or commented to. That's forum features 101. Do you even know what a forum is???
* In my login area on the backend it shows this thread, but then there's NO WAY TO CLICK ON IT TO GET TO IT.

You should FIRE whoever designed this because they clearly don't know what they are doing. But does LP care?

OF COURSE NOT. You designed everything to waste my time so I can't spend it studying & fighting the evils. I already know this. That's what EVERY company on the net is doing now, & why EVERYTHING online has gone to hell since 2023.

Just ridiculous.

Now onto your response. I never said anyone hacked into MY account, I was talking about YOUR backend, but I found out other people are having these same problems, so it's not you.

It's just the evils screwing with us to stress us out.

They are putting foreign languages on websites & they put Hindu on my FB. My VA got Arabic on her netflix.

Like I said, the Internet (our side not theirs) is going DOWN THE DRAIN.

Regarding the account security of the account, we have checked and the access to your vault has been validated each time, the logins that are showing are from the validated IP Address.  There are no new IP addresses showing on the logs. For the history of the account, you may check the article: View LastPass account history.

We recommend checking the cache and cookies of the browser, as another security measure for this behavior.

Related to the open case you have with our tech support; this is related to the Improved Save and Fill, we appreciate your patience. This feature has been enabled for all users, the option to turn it off will no longer be available in the future, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
