Hello @Sofia Andreadi
I apologize for the URL encryption failures.
As a temporary workaround you may be able to bypass the URL encryption request upon the 3rd time accessing the LastPass app.
Alternatively, you may be able to search for specific site credentials in the LastPass browser app itself.
In most cases, the encryption request was successful in alternate web browsers.
Same thing here.
I've contacted support, and the have located the problem and are working on a fix. But is have now been a problem for almost 2 weeks. This isn't satisfying for a product that have this kind of impact on our daily work. Worst of all - I can't get an estimated timeframe for the fix to be done.
Hello,
I have the same problem since several days !
I have writen to support, but no replies
I can't access anymore to my vault on pc.
As soon as I open it, I have a popup asking for encrypting URL and don't let me access to my vault. I can't do anything else.
I click on "crypt now"', but I have an error (can't make changes) and I have 2 buttons : Retry (do the same ! ) and go to vault ... which open vault ... with the same popup again ...
It an eternal loop and I can't access to my vault !!
If you have some news ...
Thanks.
K.
I've been having a similar problem for months. Amazing it hasn't been fixed by now!
@michelle.hazlewood Since the problem began, have you tested the encryption process request in an alternate web browser?
I have the same issue cant bypass encryption option that I don't wont that is blocking access to my vault
@draioch Have you tested an alternate web browser or tried clearing the local cache + cookies?
I have tried clearing cache and on a different browser, no luck.
Yes, I can search for specific credentials but it is only part of the functionality I used to use. It doesn't seem temporary as this has been going on for me over 6 months - maybe close to a year.
