Last Pass Master Password Recovery

I select the "Start Last Pass Account Recovery" link from the email and then I'm brought to the modal where it asks me to input a new master password. I input a new master password and save. I then try to select the settings page 'Update' icon but its not recognizing my new master password. Any suggestions? This is currently keeping me from being able to log into my account so I would appreciate and help with this problem.
