same issue. i have to log into the website in incognito mode in chrome for me to get in. I just see this page when I log in. I have cleared my cache and it doesn't help with this

Thanks I tried the first couple steps but removing the ext and adding it back resolved this
having the same issue. Works with Edge, but not with Chrome
