I don't want to get LP Family if the biometrics doesn't work well.
Have you tried disabling biometrics and setting it back up? There shouldn't be any reason why the account type would cause issues on a device level feature.
Thank you for the suggestion! I did as you suggested, and so far so good.
Yesterday it would work for a while, then next time I used it, it would not work. So, I'll see how it does today and report back in case anyone else has this issue.
