My wife and I each maintained our own last-pass, but I recently upgraded to the family plan and invited her to the family. I have 2FA setup through my Lastpass Authenticator app, and use the Firefox plugin.
When I open a new browser window, it has been normal to see the prompt to authenticate. My LastPass Authenticator app usually notifies me, I go in an allow it. The plugin automatically completes the login process. I have also tested entering the time based one time password into the code box. All has been fine.
Today, I open a new new browser window but missed the window to authenticate with the app, and I was feeling lazy, so I clicked on the send SMS code button. Instead of the code going to my phone as it should, it went to my wife's.
I did add her email, NOT HER PHONE NUMBER, to my emergency recovery stuff. Other than that, her information does not exist anywhere on my account.
WHY DID IT SEND HER MY CODE?!? I have tested it a few more times and the Firefox LastPass send SMS button ALWAYS sends the code to my wifes phone.
Any ideas welcome. This shouldn't have happened with a nOOb setting things up for a Family Plan according to the onscreen guides.
