I found the password, and recovered access to all the apps, but in case you need to change platforms (I know we will) these are some suggestions from other assistants like me: Nordpass, Keepass, LogmeOnce, 1password, Bitwarden. Take care!
If anyone from Lastpass is monitoring this question/community: Idk where you guys got the idea that we, the users, don't deserve at least an email or a form to repport a bug (I don't think that's what this is, btw). What just happened to me and my client is insane, no app should EVER prevent us to use any other apps connected to our business until we log in. Lastpass basically kidnapped our business for a few minutes, and it would've been more if it wasn't for me. Not everything should be a luxury/premium, support is one of those things.
We are part of a familiy plan here a LP, I opened a Call Me ticket but it was closed without details... we are about to switch to another platform that might have better Support Service responsiveness
Again, that's insane. We're using Nordpass too because we already have a Nord subscription, at the very least Nord can import your passwords from LP in a second. Export everything and may your password manager never fails!
Yes it is serious and Support is non existent, this platform is presenting serious issues... unfortunately they won't reply back to any of our calls for help so my husband is already setting up an accout in nordpass with all the troubles that means
I hear you. For some reason Google can't autofill the lastpass log in for our account and now we're stuck: Every time we try to log in in any of my client's apps, like Toggl, lastpass won't let us. I have to log in to LastPass first to access other apps.
This is kinda serious.
@thisismymominjan​ not even premium accounts get Support, we pay full price but still no action/answer from Support. 100% agree with your feedback to Support, all of this is unacceptable. I had the option to access my husband's passwords thanks to a feature LP has, he gave me access some time ago, so what we'll do is take his passwords for him to save them in nordpass and I will do the same, we are migrating. Hope everybody gets their issues resolved some way or another.
