I have account set to mobile login, and am logging in on mobile device. Last Pass keeps asking me to switch to desktop, and will not expose my info. How can I trigger Last Pass to correctly identify that I AM logging in from mobile device?
Hello Karol-
I did click to verify the new location, which allowed the login. Once logged in, I was prompted to swith to desktop. Any other ideas for how to address?
Thank you.
Hello @kristin.s.m
Thank you for checking the Community.
Per checking your account, we noticed the setting is for usage only in mobile devices. However, we found the verification emails was sent three times, please, proceed to check your mailbox, the status is delivered in our end.
There is no other configuration needed to complete, once verified, you should be able to access the device as needed.
Thank you,

I have the same problem. Device verified, logged in, but last pass still thinks my mobile tablet is a desktop. KarolH_LP please help!
I have the same problem. Anyone got any solution? I had to reinstall android software in my phone coz of a bug today morning. Now no way to signing in with Google coz my password is in Lastpass. Coz I can't signin with Google, can't call anyone coz no way to sync my contacts this phone. No way to download apps, not even lastpass. And I only remember lastpass password. Eventhough I'm able to sign in to laspass via Chrome, it keep asking me to switch to Desktop. I was using lastpass in this phone. I was a premium lastpass user until last month.
Please let me know a solution fast. Thank you!
