Unable to login to personal account

Hi,

I had linked my personal LastPass account to LastPass Enterprise at my previous employer. Unfortunately I forgot to unlink before leaving that company and starting another job. Just noticed I can't login to my personal account anymore. After putting in my master password I get a message stating that an email has been sent to my corporate email (previous employer) to which I don't have access anymore.

Is there any other way to unlink my personal account from that business account?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I do see that you setup a security email to which the verification email is being sent. Please submit a support ticket using the"Request help logging in" link found on this article. One of our representatives will provide assistance via email so you can access without having to access into the email so you can then disable the security email.

Thanks for your advice. I had already entered my email there. Did it again yesterday and once more just now.

I am greeted with the following message:

Thank you for submitting your email. If it matches our records, you will receive an account verification email.

However, I have not yet received any verification email.

Sorry for the delay on my response. I have unlinked your former business account and your personal account. Please try to log in again, it should no longer ask you to use the multifactor anymore.
