Hello!
As the subject suggests I've been getting an error message when trying to update Billing information:Transaction declined. Please check your billing information and try again.
I am unable to contact support because my country (Latvia) is not available to Call me on Contact Us page...
The credit card number is correct, has enough funds, and is working just fine on other platforms, and I've paid for my previous subscription with no problems (family plan - a year ago).
Also - I'm using Chrome addon, also web version gives the same error.
Any suggestions on where to write an email or call? I'm blown away by the way the support is handled for "3rd world countries".
